problem with access point or wireless adapter

recently, i messing up with the network key and i have problem to connect to the internet. what have i done? what i have done is that i delete the network key and then re-type it again and then ,woops no internet. sounds annoying huh?. i tried many times and so sure that the network key is correct but it won't connect. the troubleshooter say that a problem with access point . after trying the same key, i know that the key i typed was correct and its must be something else. i tried going into forums and finally i got it. how do i repair it? what i do is that log in into the router DSL (not so sure)/whatever. to do this, simply type 192.168.1.1 in the web address bar.i tried checking the network key. and guess what? the network key has changed!!! its not the same as what i typed before. i'm using wep key, and in there there are 4 network key with key index no.1 is used . i'm actually not so suprised, bcoz the correct network key is the previous network key. so, then i used the key, then i'm done. that's all for now....hope it can help anybody that have the same problems as mine.
